Online registration for IBEX 2012 is not open at this time. All IBEX E-News subscribers will be informed when online registration open. Not a subscriber? Use the IBEX Show E-News sign-up form in the right column of this web page.
All qualified marine industry professionals are invited to attend IBEX. There is no charge to walk the exhibit halls, but registration is required.

Confirmations
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email once your registration has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation please call the registration department at +1 484-625-4386.
Having trouble printing the email confirmation? No problem.
Write down & bring your Badge ID to one of the manned registration counters located in the registration area. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you when you pick up your badge. The ExpressPass barcode is not required, but assures you a faster pickup time.
Admission Policy
IBEX is for the TRADE ONLY, and is not open to the general public. No one under 18 years of age—including infants—will be admitted. IBEX reserves the right to request picture identification to verify age. There are no exceptions to our age policy.
Discounted Group Rate
Register as part of a group (three or more from the same organization) and receive a 10% discount off the total registration fee if registrations are received before September 12, 2011. Please send registrations and full payment together.

Age Policy

Solicitation Policy
Solicitation at IBEX by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in expulsion from the show, and forfeiture of your exhibit hall badge.
Seminar Registration and Policies
The on-site registration area will be open for seminar registration one hour prior to the first session on each show day.
- Registration for the exhibit hall will be open at 7:30 a.m. each show day.
- There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
- Purchase orders for sessions are accepted as a reservation only. Please provide payment September 16, 2012 to confirm your registration.
- Discount offers cannot be combined.
- Seminar registrants automatically receive an exhibit-hall badge. You do not have to register separately for an exhibit-hall pass.
Seminar Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be made for cancellations received no later than September 16th; however they are subject to a $50 service charge. Cancellations must be received in writing and all badges/tickets must be returned before a refund can be processed. Cancellations made after September 17, 2012, are “no-shows” making them subject to the full registration fee. No refunds will be made after the event. If you must cancel after September 16th, you may send a substitute from your organization.
Tax Deduction
The 1986 Tax Code permits an income tax deduction for education expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to 1) maintain or improve skills required in ones employment, or 2) meet express requirements of an employer.
Conference Seminar Changes
Changes to the official IBEX 2012 program content or schedules will be posted to the IBEX online trade show, www.ibexshow.com. Refer to the show web site frequently for updated IBEX information.
Seminar Speakers
The seminar speakers are leading professionals in the marine industry. Should a scheduled speaker be unable to attend, all efforts will be made to replace the faculty member with one of comparable experience and qualifications.
