Badge Allotment Is Based On Your Booth Size
Exhibiting companies are allowed FIVE exhibitor badges per 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) of exhibit space. If you need additional badges for company employees, you must register those individuals as attendees (via the online registration form at www.ibexshow.com). The exhibitor badge entitles access to the exhibit floor during move-in/out and early hall access (two hours prior to show opening) on all show days. Attendee badges allow access to the exhibit floor during show hours only. Please adhere to these rules and do not schedule meetings at your booth beyond the hours of access.
Confirmations
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email once your registration has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation please call the registration department at +1 484-625-4386.
NEW POLICY for IBEX 2010
You will not receive your exhibitor badge in the mail. Effective for IBEX 2010, you must print out the bar-coded IBEX registration email confirmation, and bring it to the show. When you arrive on site, scan your bar-coded confirmation at any ExpressPass stations located in both Lobby B & Lobby C. Your badge will be automatically printed. Once your barcode is scanned and your badge is printed, your bar code will no longer be valid.

Write down & bring your Badge ID to one of the manned registration counters located in the registration area. Please be sure to bring a photo ID with you when you pick up your badge. The ExpressPass barcode is not required, but assures you a faster pickup time.
Register for Seminars EARLY and SAVE!
Pre-register before August 20 to receive up to $100 off a full-conference program, or $15 off individual conference sessions. The deadline to register online for seminars and workshops is September 21. After this date, please register on-site at IBEX. Seating cannot be guaranteed without advance registration.
